Caffeine Levels

So how much caffeine can you safely consume? Well that depends on a lot of factors including your personal tolerance of Caffeine.

Caffeine takes quite a long time before our bodies remove it from your blood. It is estimated that the half life of caffeine is about 5 hours, that means it takes up to 5 hours for your body to remove half of the caffeine. It is likely 10 hours before your body completely removes all traces of caffeine. Thats why many people drink Coffee in the morning, allowing you to get a good nights rest!

Again its personal preference, which is based on your own body and its performance, to determine your optimal coffee experience.

How to get perfectly caffeinated!

We recommend 2-3 cups of Cold Brew a day, which will leave you rocking to your fav tunes on the caffeinator graph.

As a general guide 80 ml of Jen & Phil's concentrate is equivalent to an expresso coffee. So if you mix a standard size cup of 250 ml, following the general rule of 1/3 concentrate then you are using 83 ml of concentrate. That’s equivalent to an espresso coffee.
