The Cold Brew Process

Jen & Phil hand craft our premium micro batches of cold brew locally right here in Melbourne. We wanted quality coffee with no preservatives or sugar added, and found that we had to brew our own to achieve this outcome. 

We grind our beans and brew them right away, ensuring best flavour possible. We understand that ground beans lose their quality quickly, so we don't let them sit around oxidising.

Immersing our blend of beans in pure filtered water for a full 24 hours is the secret behind our unique brewing process. This extended immersion allows us to extract the perfect balance of flavours from the beans. Once brewed, we take great care in meticulously filtering the cold coffee to remove a significant amount of sediment and natural oils, while still preserving the essence of the beans. The outcome is a cup of coffee that is 100% natural. As a natural product, you may notice some sediment and oil, which will only enhance its exceptional taste!
